Quick edo question!

When Itachi and Nagato are brought back with edo they both have their eyes again even though Tobi took them back does this mean that he/anyone could take their eyes again? Seems a bit silly imo if someone can clear this up for me (without bashing me to shizz for possibly making some nooby error) I would appreciate it very much.

I don't think those are their real bodies. They are just vessels (made up of dirt of whatever) which carry the person's soul; these vessels take on the appearance of that person, no more.

This. Its been stated that Kabuto needs the person's blood only. So iagree with Ryuu

but they can still use they're douju and in nagato's case could use it more effectively if they're bodies are just made up of dirt or what not itachi should not be able to bust out any sharingan at all

The person comes back as they were when they died, in itachi and nagato's case, their eyes were taken after death, so they come back with their eyes in tact. However nagato is still crippled and his hair is still white from over exerting himself before death, while itachi should technically be completely blind from over using his mangekyou before death.

If that's the case then why do their dirty poo eyes still work? (Never seen poo whip up a susanoo before)

No. It brings you back how you were AT YOUR DEATH, not after.

Nagato and Itachi BOTH still had their eyes at death. AFTER they died, their eyes were removed. But it brings you back to the point exactly when you died, which is why Nagato has Rinnegan eyes but White hair.

Yeahh I get that but I think it's silly that the bodies that come back to the living the world are made of dirt yet the eyes still have the same power as they were when they were living. If the eye's still work they should be able to be stolen and used again another thing the 7 mist swordsmen still had their swords (can't remember if zabuza still had his or not) those swords didn't die with them and if they are merely the dirt that makes up the vessels of the rived nin they shouldn't be special in anyway (also can't remember what all the different swords could do but i'm sure a few of them had special abilities like samehada).

They all had special abilities, and Zabuza had his sword because it was taken away from suigetsu when he was captured. Samehada was the only sword not taken because it was still in Bee's possession while the other swords were found in the scroll used by one of the swordsmen.

It has never been stated that Edo Tensei brings you back the way you died, so forget that.
As for the eyes, Kabuto has explained that they are brought back with all of their abilities including kekkei genkei's.

As for the 7 Ninja swordsman weapons, I think they needed to summon them after they were brought back. But the weapons can't be summoned if they are in possession of someone else.

Thanks for clearing that all up guys I would still like to know if the eyes could possibly be stolen again I mean if they work then they should be able to work for anyone right? I don't think this has been explained or even mentioned in the story but just so ya'll know i think it would be pretty lame for the plot if it ever happened although rinnegan naruto would be pretty terrifying!

I think if the eyes (or any part of the edo body) is removed, it automatically regenerates on the body, so any eyes taken would just turn to dust and reform on the body... it's not really explained, and i doubt it ever will be. And i doubt anyone will ever try or bring it up in the manga.

Yeh I see what you mean. I guess only the Edo's are able to use their eyes.

I have gone through this on another thread.
Simply put, Edo Tensei revives you how you were when the dna was taken, not how you died. For example, if I take your dna now, how would it be able to judge what you looked like when you died?
Nagato bled after he used Rinne Tensei, which is the only time he has bled. And that is the only place his dna could have acutally been taken (since he was always hidde, and Konan hid his body after death).
Kabuto could have simply taken Kakuzu's dna after he died, which is why de doesn't have the hearts.
