If you work in Photoshop, next time when you save, go to SAVE FOR WEB and DEVICES.
It compresses the size but keeps the quality.

Thats so perfect... but the file needs to be under 500 Kb apparently...
Its got bigger than your last one, and is now not showing :l
Your faster one was actually lower in file size than this one xd
