quetsion about madara's meteor summonig jutsu..

my quetion is ,,, that meteor jutsu is ninjutsu or any other??????

and can it affect jubbito....., i am kinda confuse now,,,

It's a move that only Uchiha's can do, it's called Tengai Shinsei. The user weaves three hand seals simultaneously between himself and his Susanoo, in order to draw massive meteorites from the upper atmosphere down towards a specific location on the ground, and I'm almost positive it's classified as a ninjutsu.
