1st question is
does kurama's power regain? i think this is when. minato sealed the half of kyuubi in his body and the other half in naruto. does it means bijuu mode of naruto now is only half of its actual power? or it regained already the original power?
2nd question is
if naruto somewhat hit madara. will hashi's DNA will have a effect on madara's body now? because of mokuton.

1 i think the level of power is the same only the ammount of chakra is its half
2 i dont think so because madara is edo and and can actually control and use the mokuton

This has not yet been stated or confirmed that the other half which Minato sealed within himself has been regained by Kurama or not but it definitely has something to do with why Naruto has such a unique Biju transformation imo.
And to your second question I don't think it would have any affect on him if he gets hit. Madara has lived long enough with Hashi cells to become use to it and get full control of it.
