3-Who is the man that knows everything and who are ''they''?
4-Where is the real naruto (madara told obito the one right there was a clone)?

I believe the real Naruto must have been sent to the other demension mistaken for a clone by everyone, unless this was on purpose and a strategy by Naruto and Kakashi.
