Ok so i have a couple of questions here they are:

1) Can there be more than one cannon bio as in two naruto bio's for example.

2) Are the custom jutsu's that haven't been checked gonna be checked or is there gonna be a new thread for submissions.

3) Can you list the restricted characters.

4) Some characters are not restricted for role playing but have special jutsu's special to them some get them by default and can you list at least three characters.

5) Is there a restriction on who can create a thread in forum games because I can't.

6) If someone makes to uchiha bio's (if possible) and both reach Mangekyo sharingan level can I take the eyes of one of them.(yes I search for loopholes).

7) Can you list for me the rank system as in chunin how many posts needed and so on

Ah. Jiraya automatically gets toads, Temari gets the fox-thingy (xd) . Any character that is shown with a summon in the manga, gets it here.

I answered your first question through vm... but just to make it clear, Kisame and all the Jinchuriki are limited to only one bio per all of NB. ​
