Kamui is faster than Amerterasu as kamui was able to keep up with BM naruto but amaterasu didnt even able to catch up Ay's 2nd level speed

No , Kamui is not a ninjutsu . it is a Space time jutsu which can move any thing from anyplace to kamui dimension
