minato divided the nine tales in two parts sealed half in naruto and half in death god thing

that raises questions
1.so if nine tails was released it wouldn't be half as bad ?
2.if naruto went to full kyubi mode it would be still only half power/size ?
3.so bee is stronger than naruto cause he has a full beast in him??
4.if half the nine tails is sealed then tobi's or madaras plans can never be completed cause there will only be 8&1/2 beasts total??
5.also if a beast can be sealed why didn't anyone else seal it , like so6p he wanted to destroy the 10 tail didn't he?

It's indeed a popular theory that Tobi is Madara. However, no one knows for sure who Tobi is until he reveals his face in the manga.

Its form, and power is yet to be discussed, but he was able to resist the Rinnegan, so its Powerful

Fugaku was shown dead though, and if Tobi were to be him it'd be a huge letdown for the series. Too many things would go wrong if Kishi revealed Fugaku to be Tobi.

Tobi's identity is something that Kishi shouldn't f_ck with. He needs to be very careful when revealing Tobi's Identity.

Keep in mind that when a shinobi uses chakra, they eventually recover, right? The Kyuubi couldn't fight after half his chakra was sealed, but eventually recovered that lost chakra while it was inside Naruto. So no, it has recovered to full strength.
