sry im not good to english sry bro but i mean when using izanagi you lose your eye so what if you have ems and user izanagi loses also its eyes on that jutsu ?

probably yes, because the price for using izanagi is losing eyesight. i dont see why EMS would prevent that. and even if it does, why doesnt sasuke and itachi use it?

Nobody really knows because ems is supposed to stop blindness and thats the effect if you use izanami or izanagi. From what weve seen sasuke gains itachi's eye techniques therefore i wouldnt be surprised if kishi also gives sasuke either or both these techniques and uses the law which states that the ems grants an inextinguishable light as an excuse for sasuke not going blind

I think that a Rinnegan wielder can cast Izanagi as much as he wants.
SO6P had Rinnegan and he could use Izanagi&Izanami without loosing his eyes so I think the Rinnegan is the key to that.
