Questions nobody asked before

WHY IN THE HECK DO THE FILLER CHARACTERS
HAVE MORE SCREEN TIME AND FEATS THAN
SOME OF THE REAL CHARACTERS.
Ten Ten has screen time and doesnt accomplish anything.
Also Anko/Samui and I really like those two..
and Shino is very likeable..
I want more real characters showmanship going on.
what do you guys think
say anything thats on your minds
or if you dont have thoughts, just comment anyway

also why does whenever Orochimaru appear in the background
he smiles,smirks and make funny facial expressions

he already has.
it's enough for him..
rather than him..i would prefer someone like sakura or sai or shino and else..
out of naruto sasuke kakashi shikamaru chouji orochimaru and else..they has too many screentime already..

I don't know for others but oro's villianry is a cool type. oro is one special character that's hard to hate.....and the guy looks pretty good to me
