[Suggestion] Questions and/or Help Center?

I've been to over 20 forums by now, being for several situations, but ..
why doesn't this place (and others ofc) have a Question or Help Center?

I mean it'll be nice to have a place to make threads asking for opinions and/or help for something.
(I would name site's, but the mods will infract me faster the Usain Bolt if I post a link[Advertise])

Hey maybe even a School course in that sub-forum. I know what you might imply .. yes we have Google, but what does Google teach us besides give us the answer? At least we'll have real life humans teaching us it, and processing it through our brains, then just writing down the answer and not learning shizz.

Don't start blurting out that I'm forcefully asking for teachers. No, I'm not asking for tutors in a damn Naruto related forum, but someone just might like helping people or like that certain school course and want to help the little fellow out. You know ... ?

Also I'm not talking about that horrid sub-forum you call the 'Chatterbox'. It's a sorry excuse for any help, all the threads that aren't neutrally relevant in life or 'good' enough to be in the General Discussion go there.
Why do you think when members post a thread on there, it doesn't come up on the 'Latest Threads' in the Home page of Narutobase?

I'm talking about real help and/or opinions. I've seen people post threads about wedding rings (Yes, you heard me. A few months ago last time I saw it), saying which one would look better, but since anyone hardly goes on the Chatterbox to look for relevant thread's, they don't give it the time of day. If members don't see it in the first page, then they won't even bother going too deep into the 'Chatterbox' only to see more irrelevant threads.

Don't even make the Help Center post-countable if that's what it takes, and since it is on somewhat serious matters, it's not as if it'll really affect the member, not getting a few post counts.

This is only a suggestion, don't get you jimmies in a bunch too much.​

Somebody already asked fo a similar request. The mods see it as a illogical thing. (Spam)

The school section not needed either vm somebody on this site. No point in makeing a thread for one question and trolls will spam the thread leading to the thread deletion.

Chatterbox is for spam discussions. Most people will go to the most popular one with the most funny/intresting conversations. if you make a thread about help you won't get a lot of responses.

You can always make a group for this.

You already have sections to discuss off topic things such as school classes, random personal questions,etc. Its the Chatterbox section. The section may be a bit random at times but in fact the section already exists. Also, if you have questions to ask about Technical Issues with your computer or basically any IT related question, you also have a given section. If you want to talk about movies, music, games, sports, books you already have those sections. If you want help or questions on GFXing you already have such sections. Having a section to ask random questions and help other members isn't a need. What you need is to have members that actually help you in the section that is designed for it: Chatterbox. I will, however, pass this suggestion along to Rei, the admin that takes care of the forum structure itself. Thank you
