Questions about Shadow Clone Jutsu

Alright, I'm not exactly sure why, but I do not understand the specifics of this jutsu. The main thing that I'm confused about is the whole, 'the user's chakra is divided among all the clones', part. Just curious, but does this mean that when someone, say naruto, makes one shadow clone, half of Naruto's chakra would go to the clone? And if he made three, would they all have equal reserves of chakra, including the real naruto.

Please, someone help me, because this has been bothering me for a while.

Theoretically that is correct.

Which is why Naruto is so badass compared to every1 else. Most Jounin level can probably create up to 100 Shadow clones normally (Kakashi not included, i forget how low his number is), without having done any prior jutsu. Naruto can do 2 FRS and still do over 100 because he has that much more chakra than everyone else. also the additional chakra of the Fox and Sage mode increases this. He has almost limitless reserves of chakra.

Alright, thank you so much for the confirmation. But, just to be safe, this theoretically means that the more shadow clones someone creates, the weaker each one is, correct?

not neccissarily, just the lower chakra supply each one has. the physical strength isn't divided amoungst the clones, its the same throughout, never changing (i think)

I think the question is answered, so its no need for me to add anything expect that the most jounin ranked could only do 100-50 before fainting.

Pretty much, but naruto has enormous amounts of chakra so thats why he can make 100's of clones.

Do not confuse chakra with strength. Chakra somewhat refers to stamina and not the strength.
