Questions about RP battles

[Q of the Sharingan]

Is there a set amount of damage a player can take in battle? Or amount of chakra a character has for use. I ask this because jutsu display an amount of damage dealt and how much chakra is consumed, but I don't see a correlation in battles between damage dealt and "death" of a character.

damage is crap. every jutsu is either one-shot kill or injury.

chakra is often ignored since its hard keeping track of that

Not anymore, it's based on the strenth of the attacks, and the way to use them, chakra points as well as Health points are not used anymore...atleast from what i know.
