Questions about Naruto's Yang release.

We know that Naruto only has the Yang Chakra of Kurama and what it does to wood release. For those of you who forgot what it does. Well, Wood Release techniques will react to the Yang chakra's life-giving properties and mature into full-grown trees within a matter of seconds, either by contact or close range.[3] This was also shown to have the same effect on White Zetsu Army clones, whose genetic make-up is similar to that of plants.[4]
I may have missed something in the Manga but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Seeing that the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode makes trees bigger and also gives life to them, Wouldn't that actually help Madara instead? I mean Madara can use wood release now.

If that's the case, would Naruto be better off fighting Madara in Sage-Mode only?

He does not have Kurama's Yin Chakra because Minato sealed it away.
