I just saw the movie yesterday and just have one major question.

There are couple of scenes that naruto's hashirama cell arm turns orange. What does it do? some of the scene disables the techniques and some of the scene just became a super arm and one shot people. like why does it even need to turn orange?

Looks like a partial transformation concentrating all of his power into a single limb...don't think the Hashirama cell arm had anything to do with it. He did the same with his normal arm when he palmed Toneri's beam attack.
