Who is ''he'' and who is ''him''?
And what is in the lower right picture. I dont mean the sasuke with curse seal in his neck. I dont mean the sasuke face. I mean most lower right picture.

In the lower right picture, I think that's from the Itachi vs Sasuke fight where Orochimaru came out of his curse mark.

He is kabuto, him is orochimaru.

You can tell him = Orochimaru because Suigetsu thinks Sasuke is underestimating Orochimaru. Suigetsu also said that he couldn't use his arms, which is also Orochimaru. They had to change the form that they were using for it to make sense.
