questions about bios

So I have a few questions about making a non naruto character bio that I havent been answered yet so if aomeone will be kind enough to answer them I would be glad


1. Can I create a clan for my character?
2. If not do I leave clan blank or put none?
3. Can my character contain a kekkei genkai?

I have a few more questions that I cannot think of at the moment but if someone will be kind enough to help I would appreciate it. I am also led to believe that I would have to change his background and life story to revolve around the narutoverse as much as possible but it is rather difficult

Also can my charater be a missing nin(rogue ninja)?

And for 3. I understand that I cant start out with a kekkei genkai but it is possible to learn one later right?

Ohh okay. So it is possible to make a non-naruto character bio right? Or are there restrictions on that too?

1. You can make a clan. u have to become an offical sage (Which is one of the hardest things on the base.. only 6 have their own custom clan)

What do you mean by number 3? And I have looked and the bio rules and didnt find answers for my questions hence the reason for the thread
