Firstly, kurama absorbed the chakra. Logical reasoning would say that kurama balanced it if not kurama would have lost control and turned into a frog. ie Naruto didn't have to do any work and thus thread fails.

Yeah also when clone comes back to main body it naturally balances make, but there was small period naruto had to quickly readjust
