Black zetsu stated that he had been meeting ashura's and indra's transmigrants since time memorial, my question is how does he know??, and why haven't he confronted sasuke, he didn't even try to convince him to do something when he joined the akatsuki, was he that sure the madara plan would work out?, or he wasn't thinking of a back up if the madara plan fails

Why should he have such confidence, obito had other plans if it wasn't for kabuto who revived madara, obito wouldn't have revived him, which definitely ruins his plans

That's exactly what am talking about, he planned to be revived with rinne tensei, not edo tensei. Obito wouldn't have done that after Nagato died, unless you are implying that BZ can force obito to do it either way

No, my logic says that the transmigrants were always leaders of the clans, which is why it's easy to spot them. Also, it's never been stated how many generations have transmigrants. It could be that it wasn't continuosly every generation.

Is not a matter of Madara being strong or not, is a matter of if the plan would go on if madara wasn't revived

He didn't awaken the rinnegan normal, any transmigrant would have been able to awaken it if they fused their chakra with the other transmigrant, and if he could sense them, he would have been planning with sasuke, or conviced sasuke to get naruto's cell just incase

There's a possibility that Obito could have done the Rinne Tensei, but that's just speculation at this point.
