Does the Rinnegan consume a lots of Chakra when kept activated or nah? Cause going back I remember Obito stating that one of the reasons why he wasn't able to implant both Rinnegan eyes was because of the Amount of Chakra needed and that both of the Rinnegans would have drain him completely.

He never said that.

I don`t think that applies to Uchiha Madara. The Rest of the Rinnegan Users are all having Difficulties with The Rinnegan.

Same thing, it was infer as strong though. Either way it leads to the Chakra pool. It's also how Sharingans work and why Uchiha's are able to handle the Sharingan. Kakashi on the other hand is a perfect example why the Sharingan isn't made for any others rather then the Uchihas because of the Chakra consumption is double.

Yeah Strong, implying that he didn't have enough chakra for it. All Uchiha chakra are born strong. It's another way how Sharingans are born.
