ok so herez whatz been bugging me ... when sage met naruto .. he was sitting on those black orbs thingy and he had the staff so herez the question .. how does he has got those orbs and staff? I know hez the sage n all but aren't u suppose to get those things when u r the ten tails' jinchuriki? hez not the jinchuriki anymoe so how does he has them ?

They've already stated that the sage separated the 10 tails and expelled the bijou from his body prior to his death (though on his deathbed so to speak) so that theory doesn't really hold water.

Well the Rikudou is actually stuck in Limbo as both Naruto and Sasuke met him only after a near death experience. Moreover, his mother Kaguya ate the fruit so it is possible that a bit of Juubi's chakra is still stuck within him.
