Not to mention, Gaara needed Onoki's Rock Golem to block a V3 Susano'o's Yasaka Magatama, Itachi's V4 Yasaka Magatama would make a joke out of Gaara's shield.

Itachi's doesn't. Itachi would lose easily to Gaara. Itachi doesn't have the stamina or strength to stop Gaara. I'm surprised if Aids Case Zero even has the speed to keep up with him.

I was commenting about Sasuke's Susano'o because Itachi wasn't necessary.
Itachi is still more skilled and smarter than Sasuke(and much more cautious). Even though his Susanoo isn't good against sand on his feet, don't you think he'd plan something to avoid that after the first time?
Do you even think he'd fight Gaara standing on the sand to begin with?

Seems everyone are forgetting 2 Major things:

1. Everyone assumes all speed blitz tactics will work on Gaara because of what lee did? Seriously?

Counter point: Flight. If he flies on Itachi, his only option will be Amateratsu or Yaska mag tamas. Both of which can be easily tanked buy sand. Another counter to speed blitzes is also flight+Imperial sand waterfall...ya know..turning forests into deserts? Speed wont matter when your constantly stepping in his sand while he is high above you. GG

2. Itachis susanoo+totsuka: No. Flight. Or just smother the susanoo in sand suffocating Itachi. I have yet to see someones susanoo with no legs show any mobility.

Itachi just cant do it. Gejutsu? No. He is already half blind. Besides, Gaara is a long range fighter wont would even be on the ground with Itachis blind ass so he could focus his genjustu.

Imho....Gaara can defeat not one Uchiha. Itachi would easily win imho....I feel Gaara has a better chance at beating Sasuke than Itachi. I just don't see why seemingly a lot of members believe if you have raw power you win. I'm not saying anyone loses, but I feel Itachi beats Gaara 100,000/100,000 and Itachi has a better chance of winning than Sasuke does. Although....every Uchiha shown(minus the women/elderly) can defeat Gaara imho.
