The only person who fully possesses mastery of Yin & Yang mastery is Xylon.

Does this mean that Xylon is the only person who can master Yin/Yang?

I'm not an rper, so I could be wrong. But reading where it says 'requirements', I'm going to say no. It looks to me as if it means he's the only one that has truly mastered it so far.
