Most countries either A: hated their jinchuriki and willingly gave them to akatsuki, or B: Allowed their jinchuriki to leave, hated by society to be found in the country somewhere. Really only Kumogakure, Konohagakure, and Sunagakure cared about their jinchuriki, and they were all visited last.
