Hey all, I'm new to the RPG section ... and to the forum for that matter, lol.

I recently submitted my first character bio, and I have a quick question for anyone who decides to answer.

I need to have a sensei teach me water jutsu, correct? or can I just list basic water jutsus from the list into my bio? (D-rank as i'm still a genin.)

I think you can put the basic academy jutsu into your bio atm though

you must be trained by a sensei in order to use those jutsus
