Sakura wakes him up from his nap, comments on his trashy apartment, trips on stuff and flips out. It was just like the extra scene at the beginning of Shippuden 55 where she wakes him up again and flips out 'cause he calls her an ugly *****. It was just one of those briefly-used running gags.
