If Tobi is Obito, then why throughout the whole series could Obito use MS moves without going MS himself? :shrug:

well maybe it wasn't a ms technique and do you ever see his eye while he does the techniques he might have used ms for all we know, and what do you mean with itachi?

Same with Itachi

Itachi was always shown to turn it on or off after using a ms tech.
The only reason we did not see his eye before his identity was revealed was because it would of gave it all away.

Yes but Obito does the dimension move just like Kakashi but his eye never changes?

In the Original Naruto series when he encounters Kakashi, he uses his tsukuyomi on him without going ms

We have never seen Tobi's eye when he uses space-time jutsu. The same thing with Itachi when he used Tsukiyomi on Kakashi, we didn't even see his face.
