Don't skip it aren't that many. Especially when you compare it to Naruto and Bleach. Besides the fillers have good stories too, and fit into the plot and aren't completly random.

When I watched the Anime, I skipped all those fillers. If I ever re-watch the anime, I'll probably watch the fillers too.
