[Question] Why Minato does not have marks on his face

why some have whiskers and some don't..

you ONLY have whiskers of the FOX when you have LIVED INSIDE OF THE FOX...

NARUTO(kushina 9tails jin during pregnancy)
GINKAKU & KINKAKU (were INSIDE the FOX eating his chakra)

MITO/KUSHINA/MINATO were NEVER inside KURAMA..physically.. NO whiskers

Naruto was born FROM the Kyuubi's host. The Ginkaku brothers lived inside the fox for a while. Being a host doesn't change you appearance.

Minato isn't actually Jinchuuriki, he's Pseudo-Jinchuuriki, that's why.
Plus, Naruto got those marks when he was in Kushina's womb.
