{question} Why kabuto did not revive his family?

When kabuto was a child was found amongst his dead enemies.People believe he was the last survive of the medical corps at that time.
If Kabuto family did die why kabuto never went to their burial site or try to know more about his families past.
I believe that kabuto know his families whereabout and i also believe that tsunade could be his relative (even mother) since she hold the medical acedemy in high regards .
There must be some remain of his families bones/dna that he can use edo tensei on them
