question why do you fans of tsuanade really think she deserves hoakge title?

ok i dnt wanna get into this whole argument but id like to say plz everyone just lay off the charles guy. hes simply stating his opinion and giving valid arguments as to why he is correct. not saying that everyone elses arguments arent valid, but there is rly no need to get all hostile and start calling names.

Lol I can see now though why no on wants the job haha but on a more serious note it might not be a bad thing to see some history on Tsunade. To see what she was like and how good she was back in the day even just the battle with Hanzo she must of done something to even be considered by the elders even if it was their last resort.

you can say the same thing about tsunade.. she didn't want to be a hokage in the first place either but she accepted the job for the continuation of her lover and brother's dream.

the connotation that comes with "last resort" implies that she's weak, that no one wants her. but that is not the case here, she is wanted, otherwise jiraiya would not have gone a long way searching for her.

I did say that in an earlier post that she didn't want the job either "last resort" doesn't imply that she is weak at all or that no one wanted her what it implies in this case is that everyone else that was offered the job turned it down essentialy making her the villages last resort.

Not me bro the only point I argued was weather any other hokage could have saved the village itself from shira tensei I'm more of a fence sitter which is probably worse lol but I agree with some of your points and some of others plus I'm about as useful as tits on a bull when it come's to debating lol.

shes better at running a special hospital in the lead village and being the politician worker. but not hokage.. your opinions? on why she does not/or does deserve hokage title?

Sincerely, with our best wishes for your well being, we want to ask you, why do you try to downgrade a character that is already UNDERRATED? First of all, to be HOKAGE IS NOT ABOUT PURE "BRUTE" STRENGHT. It requires leadership, merits, an open mind (WHICH I THINK YOU TSUNADE HATERS DON'T HAVE).

Let me be a bit more specific. IF TSUNADE WASN'T HOKAGE:
1. NARUTO WOULD HAVE GOTTEN PIERCED BY OROCHIMARU DURING THE SANNIN LOCKDOWN. END OF NARUTO.

2. IF TSUNADE WASN'T THERE DURING PAIN'S INVASION, HINATA WOULD HAVE DIED DURING CHOU SHINRA TENSEI, WHICH MEANS THAT NARUTO WOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT BY PAIN, BECAUSE HE WOULD HAVE NEVER TRANSFORMED INTO KYUUBI TRIGGERED BY HINATA'S SUPPOSED DEATH. END OF NARUTO.

3. IF TSUNADE WASN'T THERE, SAKURA WOULD BE LIKE THE WORST CHARACTER AROUND, BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT MEDICS AND STRENGH CONCENTRATION.

You all underestimate her because she isn't a front line fighter and simply assume she's weak and doesn't deserve the title of Hokage.. Which is a severe misconception on what it takes to be a leader. Tsunade has the knowledge and experience from all her years of fighting along with skills that no one else in the Shinobi world actually has, this is one reason why she is the Hokage.

Secondly, Tsunade wasn't a 'Last Resort' for Hokage... And I know this becauae the only one considered before her was Jiraiya.. and last I checked, being 2nd in line wasn't last...

Third, Jiraiya himself said she was the sole reason they won a World War and she revolutionized the way teams work within Konoha.


Then, if you want, we cn factor in her Sannin title and the fact she is a relative of both Hashirama and Tobirama, as well as Trained by Hiruzen. And in case you're forgetting,
this was basically the sole reason Kakashi was picked... Because of his sensei lineage..


Though please just answer this one question for me... If Tsunade was NOT Hokage level, why is she the Hokage?

Mate she was the last resort no one else wanted the job not Jiraiya not Kakashi even though he wasn't offered the position at that time he stated that he does not want to be the hokage if he doesn't want it now he wouldn't have wanted it then. Shakaku didn't want the job either that left Tsunade now don't misinterpret what I mean by last resort I'm not saying she is weak or that no one wants her. Even she didn't want the job to begin with what I mean by "last resort" is that no one else wanted the job that was worthy at the time essentially making her the last worthy resort for the village. Also one last thing even if she was second choice that still makes her last choice if the only other one asked to do the job was Jiraiya if 2 people have a race the one that comes second would also be considered to come in last place.

all she did was waste her chakra and save some lives which isnt kage material.kakashi did more during the pain arc.
she used her medical ninjutsu first. THEN nagato resurrected which looked like way more then she saved.

well, what i can say is, if she didn't used that technique with katsuyo there won't be any bodies for the souls (revived by Nagato) to return to. so I believe she's a great leader.

What do mean you don't think the elders wanted Jiraiya of course they did thats why they spoke to him about it and said that they would recommend him for the position. He turned it down and said there was still Tsunade, Danzo was never a last resort since he was never considered for the job even when he did become interim hokage they recommended Kakashi for the job 1st. But Danzo forced his way into the job and after seeing what he did at the kage summit it wouldn't surprise me if he used the same genjutsu on the feudal lord as he did on Mifune. People keep misinterpriting what "last resort" is, in this case its not because she is weak or because no one wanted her to be hokage its because all the other candidates turned the position down effectively making her the villages "last resort"
