Question~Why?(customs thingie)

Custom jutsu thread rules only state you can't submit more than 7 jutsus a week. It has been over a week between the time I last submitted jutsus and the jutsus submitted before it. I have only submitted exactly 7 jutsus, and those have even been numbered from 1-7. But at the very bottom it says

Then the entirety of that page, and the page after it has been done. Nothing personal, I respect that the mods actually spend their time and hard work doing this for us, but I feel like I've been skipped.

If u would have been skipped, i wouldn't write anything at all

i'll do your jutsus tomorrow, thats why i haven't opened the thread yet; i've spent 2 hours on 4 pages of customs, so i'm on thin nerves and i'm asking u kindly, don't reply here anymore
