Rennigan is only achieve by the uchiha clan after ems?

Uchiha eyes contain uchiha dna or blood line of the uchiha user

Danzo had alot of sharingan eyes on his hand ,plus he replace his eye with shsusi eyes.Danzo also has hashirama DNA in him.Who did he not gotten rinnegan because he had both requirement

Another example Tobi had his sharingan and also the first hokage dna(senju cell) but he did not get rinnegan but he collected back nagato eyes instead

I feel having senju cells and sharingan eyes is the requirement for izanagi only not for rinnegan because both danzo and Tobi were both able to use the izanagi technique.

Question 2
IF ying release only belong to the uchiha ancestor and yang only belong to the senju ancestor ,why will the edo second mizukage will have ying abilities?
This mean that ying and yang also exist in any clan even the senju and uchiha?

Tobi is really madara?
Remember after the fight when sasuke and itachi were fighting,itachi implanted an jutsu inside sasuke to burn Tobi.
Itachi did known Madara since he kill out the uchiha clan ,then join akataski.Madara also did train Itachi to some extent when he was younger.

The techinque was similar to when itachi implanted his crow in naruto inorder to control sasuke when sasuke activate itachi eyes in his EMS if naruto encounter sasuke in the future

1. anybody with blood of both senju and uchiha can get rinnegan ( theory) it isnt confirmed , madara may have got the eyes from hashiramas cells.

2.yin and yang release are like chakra nature , some people have it some people dont

Probably, it requires Sharingan of the highest caliber to awaken Rinnegan. Im talking about EMS of course.
