Wasn't he guarding the kings or whatever they are? And I think Black Zetsu was taken out (though I can't remember by who,) so there's no other threat for them to show him.

Chojuro beat Black Zetsu. The last time he was showed (Chap 561) he was fighting Black Zetsu with Mei, Naruto and Genma's squad.
He was told to keep watch over the Feudal Lords.
