When did Obito actually started to control Yagura?

I mean is it before he attacked Konoha or after that? Did he need to be always beside Yagura to be able to control him?

When did Yagura's reign actually over?

Anybody got any ideas?

IkSOKRIPS's timeline is kinda long to read and find anything.

Logically, the Konoha incident and Obito's de facto "reign" started at similar times, judging by his appearance.

Te bloody mist era began at an unspecified time before Yagura, or at least Obito, came into the scene. Somewhat likely it started at the reign of the second Mizukage, he was described as a Tyrant.... And who said it ever ended?

Bloody Mist would've happened during Yagura's reign, likely as a result of Obito controlling him since the Mizukage's personality doesn't reflect his supposed actions. The era would've ended around the beginning of Naruto or between the time skip, as Zabuza made an attempt to kill Yagura sometime before and he was confirmed dead with the Sanbi loose and Mei taking over.
