Question:What it take for a naruto character to be consider to be OP?

I want to know what the requirement to be OP .I seen alot of character donot worth being call OP but their fan called them OP.This sicken me alot.

Character consider to be OP by:

1.Good work (naruto)
2.Hype by others character (naruto)
3.The title of the anime name (naruto)
4.Favorism by fans (naruto)
5 plot shield (naruto)
6.support in most battlee (naruto)

I donot know the requirements but someone that consider to be OP or overpowering these days have not value anymore

1. Tobi
2. Naruto
3. Hashirama
4. Madara
5. Itachi
6. Nagato (healthy)
7. Sasuke (with EMS assuming he actually got new powers)

also if a person is op that means only a certain amount of plp can beat that certain person

and their pretty damn strong, have quick finishing moves, op jutsu etc. should i really be explaining this?

naruto i a special case of being OP because the title of the anime is naruto .He donot do much in battle unless he get support from friend or ninetail,which make him look good.Another think naruto did not beat the other tail beasts when he was in BM.He remove the rods from them and they spoon feed him as a reward

Tobirama only uses 2.

Plus, he can summon water where there is no water.

i have a list of op characters but their isnt much'

1.so6p (need i explain)
2.tobi (cant touch him)
3.first hokage (do i really need to explain)
4.madara (i guess you could say im lazy)
5.naruto (can take down 6 tailed beasts at once and didnt even look fazed after it)
6.so6p sons (only prediction)
7.kabuto (sage mode and is much more powerful with it kabuto is the god version of orochimaru in addition edo tensei)

yes he can have a defence it increases relexes and the user gets sensing abilities
