Naruto cant be killed, he has to many life supporting factors:


1. Extreme Durability
2. Auto- Healing from kurama
3. Plot no Jutsu

A lot of things could kill Naruto. Pre time skip akatsuki could have sucked him at any moment. Plot devices are the main reason he is still alive. Fourth wall aside he isn't simply going to allow himself to get bisected (sorry Tsunade) and kurama will probably open the r-con panel for him.
