Will Tsukuyomi work on the all the six paths if it is cast on one of the path.?
Just wondering since the visions are all connected.

The Genjutsu casted on one path is linked to the main which controlls it..thats the reason..

This. The only Path which would be affected would be the one who originally got caught in the technique.​

It should if the user isn't skilled enough and not Uchiha, having a Rinnegan doesn't make you Uchiha, in Nagato's case it should work, Madara no

This exactly, and the fact the nagato changes the chakra frequency controlling the paths constantly. Thats why it was so hard for Konoha to track him because the chakra changed so often. Changed chakra frequency would disrupt the genjutsu, thus it probably wouldn't get to nagato.

For all the no brainers that said "because he have the rinnegan," have not the slightest clue what they are talking about...

Tsukyomi can put a rinnegan user like nagato in a genjustu, only if you are of Uchiha blood that you can resist tsuyomi like Sasuke.
