1, with the mangekyo sharingan is it like eye ball into another eye ball or just replace old with new because izuna and madara could of just swap.

you only get MS from severing a bond or something like that, EMS you need your brothers eyes

Yes, both of them will have EMS, but it will be overpowered.

2, it's a fusion of the eyes, izuna could probably gain ems as well if he took maddy's eyes, it's unknown

you have EMS if you put your brothers eyes and that is only if you and him have both MS.
