[Question] Question thread got deleted?

Sorry to make this thread but I had a previous thread asking a question about whether a signature I had in mind were acceptable or not however I've noticed that it got deleted (and I didn't get any notifications as to the exact reason why). Does this mean my signature is in fact inappropriate? (As my thread about it got deleted?)

I realize that it isn't appropriate now looking at what happened but there could be the possibility that my thread was deleted for another reason? (since the original post I made with that picture in it has not been deleted i find it strange that this thread was and I still don't feel that my doubts have been really answered as I have no warning to remove my profile picture which is the same picture I planned to use in my signature) You may think I'm being 'stupid' but I'm a bit of a new member and still trying to get used to NB and I've read through the Forum rules but still don't feel it's really answered my question...(about the signature anyway) I'd rather have a clear answer and clarification than assuming something and possibly getting in trouble for it (in the event I assumed wrong)

If you really wanted to use the same sig in your Ava, then no it isn't inappropriate, it looks perfectly fine if u can manage to fit it within a legible size and format, which is I believe 600x300?

the picture I had in mind is what I have set as my profile picture (not avatar) and it a little suggestive which is why I'm still wondering if it is acceptable I'd put it here but again I'm not too sure if it's considered adult imagery (even though it's just a panel of Madara saying

If you have to ask such a question then you already know that images like that are not allowed. It's a family forum. Thread was probably deleted because it contained that image.

Here are the rules specified for signatures:

You must be registered for see links

Also if something is not allowed in global forum rules it's not allowed to use it in signatures either.
