You cant control the bijuu that is in complete harmony with his jinchuriki. To control it you have to cast a genjutsu over it, but the host can "wake him up" from it. Thats why naruto and killer bee can't be affected by sharingan's genjutsu.

But, supressing the chakra is different, you need special powers, rare even among the uchiha, or thats what i heard. I know that madara, itachi and sasuke are capable of it. But i dont know how would affect the new status between kurama and naruto. The only senju capable was hashirama, cause of his special chakra. When madara tried to summon the kyuubi he couldn't because it was inside naruto. And when sasuke supressed the kyubi's power (that was trying taking over naruto) he still was not the "perfect" jinchuriki.

Of course we still dont know, how this will affect Naruto on bijuu mode.
But for sure none of them will be able to summon the kyubi

We can see it from a mile away man. Hey, only thing you're trying to say is that Naruto will lose Kurama cause you're mad since Naruto is too strong with it also due to his Uzumaki's stamina.

There ya go macho tobi said it for himself. That he wants the Brothers sealed inside it. I think he still wants the 9 tails so the ten tails is at full power. But i dont think he will get it. So he'll resort to making a incomplete tentails.

there is no sealing contract involve with the sharingan.Tobi came extreacted the ninetail while kushina seal was weaken ,then he take it to destroy konoha.
IF tobi have a sealing contract ,then we will know that tobi was really madara because madara was the only one who did use the ninetail

Minato was a master in fuinjutsu, trained by kushina. He used the eight trigrams seal. Even B was impressed, and said that it was stronger than his own seal.

And naruto placed other seal, the torii seal, which enables him to immobilise kurama, inside his cage.

So the only way to take out kurama from naruto is by beating naruto and then starting the ritual with the edo mazou.

Rinnegan
We know the original so6p able to control the tentailbeast and separate it power into 9 tailbeasts using the rinnegan.The tentail body was place in the moon.
Sharingan
-Sasuke was able to suppress the ninetail inside naruto body with ease during team 7 reunion with his base sharingan
-Madara was able to control the ninetail with his sharingan against hashirama
-Tobi was able to control the ninetail with his base sharingan against konoha

WE also know the rinnegan is the next evolutionary step after EMS

Madara was only able to control the fox with his 3 tomoes after getting EMS, he never went after the fox until after he had EMS. We have no knowledge on Tobi but he shows mastery over the sharingan close to Madara and Sasuke only surpressed a small amount of kurama's chakra. Also you forgot the fox chakra was filled with hatred before which is the same thing that the Uchiha history was filled with. After Naruto took control over Kurama's chakra it became filled with lifeforce and Kurama is not in a cage anymore so he won't be an easy target. If Naruto or Bee could have been controlled then Sasuke would have surpressed the 8 tails chakra, Tobi would control Naruto when they headbutted. Madara and Tobi could control tailed beasts but they can't use their power and abilities with their knowledge like Naruto and Bee.

It is stated that perfect jin' can get out of genjutsu's, so genjutsu on B and Naruto are pointless now. I presume that the Yugura wasn't a perfect Jin'.

Also, edo Madara already tried to summon Kurama... It failed. I think you should have a second read at the latest arc dude.

Ok, but Naruto wasn't at full power when Sasuke surpressed kurama's chakra. Remember Naruto was weakened from going 4 tails and fighting Orochimaru and It doesn't really matter if Sasuke wasn't at 100% because he was still at least at 80% and should still be able to do it if he actually can. Bee wasn't even fighting seriously, just playing around and still killed Sasuke twice so 100% Sasuke against a serious Bee would leave Bee the winner. My point is if Sasuke can use 1 Tsukuyomi, 1 Amaterasu and put it out then he had enough strength to surpress the 8 tails chakra if he actually could. You have to remember everything we learn from Kurama, he told Naruto he could only give Naruto a small amount of chakra with the cage up but now Naruto has full access. A perfect Jinchuuriki has levels and it depends on their link with the Bijuus, Kurama stated they could only keep BM up for 5 minutes because their link was no where near perfect but in the next chapter when Naruto was in the place with the other Jinchuurikis and Bijuus Kurama said their link was now complete. Naruto and Kurama's minds are linked so I doubt genjutsus will be effective against them just like Bee and the 8 tails.
