But I have noticed that there are a lot jealous and hatred towards Kakashi

Why you don`t think it's right to put him in Top 5

Some put Kakashi in the Top 20 and 30

And puts Jiraiya and Itachi in the top 10 and they dosn`t remember Kakashi

Please when you put top 10 remember [You don`t put you`r favorite Characters]

Seriously,there isn't much Kakashi hate on the base.
It's hard to put Kakashi on top 10.There are many OP characters,others that spam OP techniques and get all out from the first second in a battle.
Kakashi is a tactician,he prefers to analyze the opponent and then attack,he never use OP techniques from the beginning and he doesn't spam techs.
If he used kamui first thing in a battle,sure he would be top 5.But it's not his fighting style,so I believe it's unfair and unrealistic to include him in a list based on what he can do,but never actually did!

Watching the Naruto Pain fight of recent and saw the question Naruto asked Tsunade: 'did you send Kakashi sensei on a mission?'
So 2 things cud be drawn from here?
Either: 1.) Naruto's liked Kakashi the most amongst the shinobis he cudn't sense their chakra or
2.) Naruto expected Kakashi to have prevented Pain from doing such havoc on Konoha.
