[Question] Question/Suggestion about starting threads

Since people seem rly intrested into an anti-troll movement I was just wondering the following
As was pretty obvious on most forums troll threads come from new members making alt accounts and posting stupid stuff
So would it not be easier to make someone get a certain amount of posts before being allowed the "create new topic" function
Ofc this could very well be implented and I have just not noticed but its just a suggestion
Most troll would give up if they need to get lets say 30 posts while serious members that actually want to participate in disscussions would gladly post in other threads as it is part of being on a forum

Most forums have the option of allowing a certain section to not have that rule
I am not familiar with all the coding stuff so I cant say how difficult it is but I do know its possible

The thing is, to make 30 posts is easy here. You go in the games area and you can make 100 in a blink of an eye. Well, not literally, but you get the idea.
But, anyway, could be a good idea, though. Will forward this to the admins.
