When it Shows kakashi killing Rin Is that in the past or is that zetsu like clones. At the end it says something stuck in hell so i was like o hes stuck in the real world and hell. But then he goes to Nagato. So is that like a flash back of how hes stil alive. Post Your theory/option Because i am Confused :/ And The Best Answer Gets Rep (I am New No Hate)

Welcome. On-Topic. Kakashi really killed Rin. No explanation from the Manga. I would assume Kakashi killed Rin becuase of their situation and Rin provie a liability if she was captured by the enemy. Madara said Obito was in the world of inbetween (life or death). As he seen Rin die right before his eye, he would consider himself dead and living in hell.
