Question regarding the new Flash episode.

I just finished it. It was alright. Though I was expecting Zooms identity to be revealed since the Season 1 Christmas Episode revealed who the Reverse Flash is.

Anyway the question is, besides Eobard, Is Barry the only one who has access to the speed force? Otherwise Zoom could have had Jay become stronger and steal his speed.

Plot reasons/Barry has more potential/It could be related to the identity of Zoom. There's plenty reasons, but I don't think it matters really.

Zoom may not have been able to beat Jay if he became that strong. But now Zoom has his power and Jay's he may think even if Barry can become as fast as he can he still won't be faster than Zoom.
