Question regarding the differences between the Akame Ga Kill Anime and Manga

So I haven't watched the akame ga kill anime since episode 3 and I heard that the anime changed a lot of things from the manga (which I read). So what are those changes? A lot of people seem disappointed.

The anime is skipping ~10-15 chapters right now which were the one of the most juiciest parts in the entire series.

Apparently, The Anime is going to have it's own exclusive ending. So there's that.

Anime skips scenes that were either too edgy or was felt unnecessary by the animators.

Anime is trying to fit 4-5 chapters in one episode and skipping stuff as well, just stick to the manga.
