What makes this image unique from others are those silhouette we dont see those with regular shunshins.

We see rough silhouette of Gai body .

Does each of those silhouette represents numbers of full circles Gai run around Madara using his great speed ???

That's cause he's not using shunshin, it's raw speed, I don't necessarily think it's telling us how many circles he ran around mads as opposed to just showing us how fast gais going... I wanna say they did something similar for sasuke vs gaara iirc

Guy is not using shunshin in the panel you provided he's just running, that's why it looks that way.
