Question regarding KA

if ka cn cntrol 1s mind nd is really that good a tec. that ppl claim it to be, why couldnt sisui use it to defeat danzou when he needed to nd itachi to cntrol obito. Does it mean ka has some limitations. Dont tell a sharingan or biyakugan user cn c its use cause they both were were highly skilled nd tough.

Shisui was using it against the uchiha to stop the coup d etat when Danzo stole it not on Danzo
And without hashis cells it can only be used once every ten years that's why Danzo put hashis cells
I'm not sure if it implies to shisui though
That's the downfall of the Justu it requires so much yin chakra that u need hashis yang to even it out

Either Danzo or Itachi said that KA can only be used once every 10 years, so maybe Shishui had already used it. Either that or plot-no-jutsu.

I will probably make a large thread explaining how KA works, and how Danzos KA is different from Itachis KA. However, to answer your question:

Now I am too busy to find the evidence, but I am pretty sure that Shisui said he tried to use Koto Amatsukami to stop the coup. So this means he already used KA, so he wouldn't be able to use it again. Now you may say he had 2 eyes, but the uchiha massacre is only like 8 years from the current time. So how could the other eye be active already? He said it takes a decade (10 years). It isn't impossible that Shisui had used Koto Amatsukami in some other fight. Perhaps against Ao? At least that makes both problems add up.
