using sasuke, can i fly when using his full curse mark form? hes been shown to at least hover and glide with it

You need to have full CM from a tourney. You only get stage 1 as cannon. So I hear...

What are the requirements to get one anyway? The rules are very... vague.

If you make a Sasuke bio before his fight with Itachi you get level 2 heaven curse mark.
I didnt know he could fly? glide at a push ask a Rp mod.

yeah thats what i thought, but xanthe is telling me otherwise
