QUESTION: Can 2 Genjutsu Casters put 1 Perfect Jinchuriki & Bijuu under Genjutsu simultaneously?
in the spoiler are various panels of the Sharingan vs Jinchuriki
When you see what's in this Spoiler Keep in mind that Sasuke's Eyes are ALOT more POWERFUL
from the 3 Tomoe he Suppressed Kurama w/ to his EMS.. & Naruto achieved KCM.

Bee is caught in genjtusu very similar to Itachi's Tsukuyomi.. He feels the effects from it & admits he cant move

Here Itachi warns Bee of the Genjutsu & Bee recognizes it , but he STILL gets Caught .. Eighttails wakes him up.

I suppose its been said that *Perfect Jinchuriki* aren't affected by Genjutsu.
However .. Yagura WAS.. for years?? (on & off maybe) & Yagura was said to be the first *Perfect Jinchuriki*
in this panel it says *MAYBE* Yagura was... , but NOT for SURE.. so he may have been , he may have not..

However he was being controlled it appears it was with the Sharingan... but maybe the chakra rods may have been included.. as we know the Rods can be used to drain the Bijuu's chakra from the Jinchuriki.. ex: Naruto vs Pain..

Analysis: If you notice in the above Panels of BEE in Genjutsu .. His body is some transformed Version of Bijuu..
-VS Sasuke: He has his Bijuu Cloak on.. Which shows he is using the Tailed Beasts Chakra..
-VS Itachi: His Left Hand is morphed by Eighttails Chakra.. (its visibly larger)
Bee shakes off Genjutsu both times seemingly..

But in Naruto's case .. he isn't in ANY transformed state of Bijuu.. he is regular Naruto.. NOT using Bijuu chakra at all.
& Sasuke penetrates his mind and suppresses Bijuu's Chakra.. in this case the Bijuu was at Sasuke's Mercy..

ANSWER: You can Put a *PERFECT Jinchuriki* in genjutsu when they aren't using the Bijuu's Chakra..

in other words: Could Sasuke again suppress Kurama's chakra while Itachi puts (KCM)Naruto under Genjutsu??

Well first off perfect jinks were never Immune to genjutsu. The tailed beast simply makes it easier to get the host out of it, they are still vulnerable to getting put into a genjutsu.

NARUTO AND 9 TAILS WASNT WORKING TOGETHER AT THE TIME

sasuke received damage because he thought bee was in genjutsu, if the tailed beast and host is working together they can always get out of a genjutsu period its like two people together, one under a gen. the other use chakra to release it, to stop to flow of chakra from being effected, it was never stated that the three tails was fully controlled, jus that he was a "perfect host"? ....basically what they was trying to say.

its still possible with enough genjutsu power that *perfect* jinchuriki can still be put under genjutsu..

It didn't work when Sasuke put Naruto in genjutsu though... Kurama's chakra was suppressed

I think an Izanami or KA would do the trick possibly Or if Danzo and Shisui are together, they can do a double KA, one of them for the bijuu and one of them for the Jin!

Is Sasukes genjutsu stronger from Obitos and Madaras??
Obito and Madara have been fighting Naruto non stop in this war and i havent seen them cast any form of genjutsu on him,i think if they could they would have done it already.
